Pho is the most popular dish in Hanoi as travelers love it for the savory broth and slow-cooked meat, beef, and chicken. You will amaze by its condiments, especially the small but potent red peppers and freshly made rice noodles. Let’s try it, it is a cheap bowl of soup with ultra-fresh ingredients and slow-cooked, melt-in-your-mouth slices of beef or chicken.

Moreover, Bun Cha is – well-known local food in Hanoi. It is made of grilled pork and noodle, often thought to have originated from Hanoi, Vietnam. Com tam means ‘broken rice. During the process of harvesting and transporting rice the grains are often damaged. In the past, these fractured grains were difficult to sell because most people preferred to eat long, whole-grain rice.
