Introduction

A 10-day trip will start with Bangkok – a must-see place in this Land of Smiles. Graciously located in the middle of the Chao Phraya River Delta, the beauty of Bangkok has attracted many travel lovers.

Let’s try the unique public transport like BTS/MRT, public boats, and local bus to visit this dynamic land. Wat Po (Reclining Buddha), Grand Palace, and Wat Phra Keo are the very first sights on this trip. After joining some cooking lessons and learning how to make coconut sugar, move to the main theme of this trip, Krabi, and Samui. Get lost in the world of Emerald, Krabi with many famous and stunning islands. Especially, you will take a speed boat to Phi Phi Island, and do snorkeling and cruising the next day. It is an ideal chance to open the world beneath the ocean. Say hello to the lovely fish, sea urchins, jellyfish, or other marine creatures.

The last part of this excursion will be in Koh Samui. It is undeniable that Koh Samui is so famous for its poetic and pristine beauty, turquoise water, white sand, and vivid coral reefs. Panoramic cruising along with numerous green islands and kayaking then relaxing on the stunning beach will accomplish your relaxation after tedious days.

Day 1Bangkok (-)

Your Thailand tour arrival at Bangkok airport. Meet and greet at the airport and private transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.

Day 2 Bangkok (B-L)

Breakfast. Explore Bangkok in safari style by using public means of transportation (BTS/MRT, public boats, local bus). The tours will take you to the river to reach the pier to Wat Po (Reclining Buddha), and walk to visit the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Keo in Thailand. Try the lunch as the locals do. Take the tuk-tuk to the Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall (closed on Mondays). Board the bus boat in the canal to Hua Chang Pier for a short walk to the area of shopping complexes and return by BTS to the hotel (option to continue shopping on your own).

Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 3Bangkok (B-L)

Breakfast. Option of one full day option from the following excursions:

Day tour to the floating market of Damnoen Saduak:

Depart at 07:00 to Samut Songkhram for the amazing railway market. The tours take you to visit a local Thailand house making coconut sugar. Make a boat trip to the floating market among the vendors for the ultimate experience. Lunch at a local restaurant. Also, visit the tallest pagoda at Phra Pathom Chedi and visit the Jesada Technik Museum with its large collection of vintage vehicles. Return to Bangkok (ca. 17:00)

Day 4Bangkok - Krabi (B)

Breakfast. Private transfer to Bangkok airport for your flight to Krabi (excluding airfare). Arrival at Krabi airport and private transfer to your hotel. This package tour with leisure days at Krabi beach, one of the idyllic beaches in Thailand.

Breakfast. Package tours with leisure days at Krabi beach, one of the idyllic beaches in Thailand.

Day 6Krabi (B-L)

Breakfast. Morning pick up for join tours to the Phi Phi islands by speedboat in South Thailand. Your captain will take you to the snorkeling spots and panoramic cruising along Maya Bay, Pileh Cove, Monkey Beach, and Viking Cave. A relaxing stay at Bamboo Island is also on the program as well as lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Krabi by 15:30 and transfer back to your hotel. (Note that the order of visits depends on the wind conditions).

Day 7Krabi - Samui (B)

Breakfast. Transfer to Krabi airport for your flight to Samui (exclude flight). Arrive in Samui and transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.

Breakfast. Morning pick up for join tour to the Angthong National Marine Park by speedboat. Your captain will take you to the snorkeling spot tours at Koh Wao or Koh Tai Plow, and panoramic cruising along numerous green islands in Thailand. Climb up to see the wonderful Emerald Lake (Talay Nai) and enjoy lunch at the National Marine Park. Enjoy relaxing on the beach, climb up for the fantastic panoramic view of the marine park, or head out on a kayak. Return from the park at 15:00 and back to Samui. Transfer back to the hotel (ca. 16:30).

Day 10Samui - Samui Airport (B)

Breakfast. Day at leisure. Check out time is noon. Private transfer to Samui airport.

Requirement Document For Exemption Quarantine

Required Documents:

  • A Certificate of Vaccination (fully vaccinated) with an approved vaccine at least 14 days before travelling. Those previously infected within 3 months must have received 1 dose of an approved vaccine at least 14 days before travelling.
  • Travellers under 12 years of age, travelling with parents or guardians, are exempt from the vaccination requirement.
  • A Medical Certificate with an RT-PCR lab result indicating that COVID-19 is not detected issued no more than 72 hours before travelling (all travellers).
  • A confirmed payment for a 1-night stay at SHA+, AQ, OQ, or AHQ accommodation, and 1 RT-PCR test.
  • An insurance policy with coverage no less than US$50,000.

Applying for a Thailand Pass

(1) Register for a Thailand Pass at https://tp.consular.go.th/ (available from 1 November 2021).

(2) Upload the required document (along with the valid visa/re-entry permit, if required), and allow 3-5 working days for the approval process. Wait for the approval of the Vaccine Certification and paid accommodation, including the RT-PCR test.

(3) Confirm the approval, and receive a Thailand Pass QR Code (or COE).

FAQ

Any policies are in place for children?

The rate for children applicable for child sharing a room or cabin with two adults:

  • For infant (<02 years old): FOC except domestic ticket cost.
  • 02 – 11 years old: 85% adult rate.
  • Child from 12 years old and above will pay as adult.

All tickets: Based on each airlines policy, the price for children will be applied at time of booking.

What are the typical steps in the payment process?

  • Deposit

In order to secure your spot for the tour, an amount 10% of land service are required to pay (the amount vary based each on tour basis). The amount should be made via bank transfer or our online payment method. After receiving the deposit of your tour, a voucher confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Final payment: The balance of your tour will be made one month before the travel date. Payment by bank transfer or online payment is accepted.

  • Payment Policy

All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Unionpay not including credit card transaction fee (Please add in 3% fee for Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Unionpay or 3.85% for American Express to the total amount of payment each time).

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

Will be there any alterations of the itinerary?

Alterations to your itinerary before the booking is processed are happily processed free of charge. We want to provide the best tour possible for you.

Alterations, after you have received your booking confirmation letter, will attract a fee of $10 USD per request.

Vietnam Tour Fun reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond its control make such alteration necessary.

In this event, any of the increase or reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged accordingly.

If the tour is to be changed at the request of the client(s), the client will be required to pay any additional cost in advance.

What are the cancellation policies and how can I change mine?

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Vietnam & Indochina; however, we realize that there are many reasons for this event.
In the event of cancellation, we will refund any payment made to Vietnam Tour Fun given that a cancellation fee is applicable.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

  • 31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
  • 15-30 days before departure: 30% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
  • 14 days and less before departure: 100% of the full payment.
  • No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment.

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
