Cambodia travel gives you unforgettable memories. It’s a combination of historical sites and beautiful cities. 3-day trip to the Land of Smile and Kindness. Cambodia will be a layover for the series of hustle and bustle. All things you need to do is just sit soaking up the sacred atmosphere of Angkor Chom. It’s a religious immense space of Angkor Wat and a peaceful feeling at Chrieve village. Here is also a great way to, once in a lifetime, savor the culture of a true Cambodia by local transports like Tuk Tuk or oxcart riding along with the warm greetings of residents.
Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel check-in. After check-in, we will conduct an orientation of Siem Reap town at Preah Ang Chek. Preah Angkor Chom is next to the royal residence, which is the holy and worship place for local people during the Buddhist religious day. Then we will take a Tuk Tuk (the local transportation) driving to the local pagoda in the suburb of Siem Reap town for a blessing ceremony from the Buddhist monks for safety, happiness, and prosperity for your holiday.
Overnight in Siem Reap.
Breakfast at the hotel. Today visit Angkor Wat the temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th-century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat’s five towers symbolize Meru’s five peaks – the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond.
Continue to Bantay Srei temple, regarded as the jewel in the crown of Classical Khmer Art. We proceed to visit Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples in the area. Since its discovery, Ta Prohm has been left relatively untouched and retains much of its mystery. The victory gate of Angkor Thom and The Bayon Temple is unique for their 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara. After sunset, our tour ends at your hotel.
Overnight in Siem Reap.
Breakfast at the hotel. After that, drive to Chrieve village to admire the local life of people. We will take an oxcart ride tour. It is a great way to see authentic Cambodia, meet a lot of encounters, and interact with local people by visiting their home gardens. Learn their ways of life, and Cambodian culture, help them with vegetable gardening, take as many as photos you like, and enjoy seasonal fruits at a village house. Transfer to Siem Reap International airport for flight to the next destination.
