Deposit

You will be required to pay a deposit when booking with Vietnam Tour Fun.

The deposit will be 10% of the full payment. All deposits are non-refundable.

Final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment Policy

All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Unionpay not including credit card transaction fee (Please add in 3% fee for Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Unionpay or 3.85% for American Express to the total amount of payment each time).

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

Payment Methods

We will create a unique payment invoice using OnePay for you to make payment after processing your booking.

• Online payment by Credit Card with ONEPAY: We accept American Express, Visa card, Mastercard, JCB card and Unionpay since Vietnam Tour Fun is a verified member of OnePay System. Your card information will be protected during the transaction by using the security system with OnePay. Your invoice will be created when you confirmed the booking and send you the guideline to deposit your spot.

About OnePay

OnePay is a leading online payments and financial transaction processing company in Vietnam. Established in 2006, during the early days of e-Commerce in Vietnam. As representative of MasterCard Internet Payment Service in Viet Nam, OnePAY now leading online payment market.

• By bank transfer: If you prefer to do the bank transfer, please contact us so we can send you the bank detail information. However, all the bank fee and foreign currency exchange have to be taken care at your end.

Alterations to your itinerary before the booking is processed are happily processed free of charge. We want to provide the best tour possible for you.

Alterations, after you have received your booking confirmation letter, will attract a fee of $10 USD per request.

Vietnam Tour Fun reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond its control make such alteration necessary.

In this event, any of the increase or reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged accordingly.

If the tour is to be changed at the request of the client(s), the client will be required to pay any additional cost in advance.

The rate for children applicable for child sharing a room or cabin with two adults:

• For infant (<02 years old): FOC except domestic ticket cost.
• 02 – 11 years old: 85% adult rate.
• Child from 12 years old and above will pay as adult.

All tickets: Based on each airlines policy, the price for children will be applied at time of booking.

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Vietnam & Indochina; however, we realize that there are many reasons for this event.
In the event of cancellation, we will refund any payment made to Vietnam Tour Fun given that a cancellation fee is applicable.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
15-30 days before departure: 30% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees (if any).
14 days and less before departure: 100% of the full payment.
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment.

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel.

All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request.

Vietnam Tour Fun accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.

Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit.

The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.

For dissatisfaction with any service Vietnam Tour Fun has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor immediately to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.

In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim.

Vietnam Tour Fun will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

Vietnam Tour Fun will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person(s), property in connection with climatic conditions, sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Vietnam Tour Fun’s control. Neither Vietnam Tour Fun nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

Vietnam Tour Fun shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruises, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Vietnam Tour Fun.

Vietnam Tour Fun is not responsible for clients failure to comply with customs regulations.

Vietnam Tour Fun is not responsible for the stealth and loss of any valuable item or belonging that is due to the negligence of the customer.

Vietnam Tour Fun reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Vietnam Tour Fun has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Vietnam Tour Fun is liable for a full refund of the money received by Vietnam Tour Fun.

Many of Vietnam Tour Fun tour packages include activities which require special precaution. Such activities include boarding and going ashore by boats, climbing hills, entering/exiting tombs and caves, etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Vietnam Tour Fun, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after set employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary measures.

Vietnam Tour Fun reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
